SSD 164 - Alice: What is the Host?
JESUS: For people who believe in Me, I gave a sign to make it easier for them to meet Me. I am in this sign. I come when they call. They must believe, even though they do not see. Even though I am hiding in the form of a wafer and wine.

Alice: Why?
JESUS: The test of life is based on faith. You have to trust My Word, even though the eye does not see and the ear does not hear. Faith must be greater than the capabilities of the body and senses. It must exceed them, then it is truly faith. You can build on such faith. In addition, you have to accept human smallness, imperfection, incompetence. The body limits - it does not allow you to see and know the truth. Only I can reveal the truth through My grace. The greater the trust - the greater the graces. The truth is reached with the mind, and even more with the heart. When you desire and trust, I will come and open the eyes of your soul. Then you will know and your heart will be delighted.

Alice: What happens during transubstantiation?
JESUS: I come surrounded by Angels, in the glory of My Father and I offer My Body on the altar of sacrifice. Just as I announced during the Last Supper and as I did on Golgotha. I offer it surrounded by people and I desire that together with My Sacrifice they offer their hearts - their fate - on the altar. I desire that I should not be alone there, as on Golgotha. So often they stand and watch. So often the priest tears My Body and with the indifference of a Roman who nailed Me to the cross.

Tell them not to cause Me pain with their indifference. To touch Me with their eyes and their hands with greater gentleness and understanding. I constantly offer Myself for them on the Golgotha of altars.
