SP 487 - Do not abuse your body, but forget about it for the good of your soul. The body and the entire stay in the world are given so that the soul may attain happiness in eternal life. They are the path that must be followed, returning to the Father's House.
The most important thing is the return - everything else is a preparation for throwing yourself into the open arms of GOD.
My Blood makes this return possible - like the blood of the lamb in Egypt, it protects against death and secures the path to the Promised Land.
